How to Play Guess The Person
Guess The Person is a two-chair deduction match. You do not type. You press question buttons, flip tiles on the other board, and lock a name. The round still waits for the second chair. Sit, then pick the secret face
Walk to a free chair in the lobby and sit. Empty lobby? Press Play Alone. A bot takes the other seat and plays a real match, which is why the bot guide exists. Do not stand around the table waiting for a prompt that never comes. The sit is the queue.
When both seats fill, you pick a secret face. You have a short timer. Pick something with mixed traits, not the loudest hat on the board. A crown or a neon hair tile is a magnet for the second question. The first match walkthrough spends more time on this pick.
Keep your camera off the secret card if you are recording. People in voice chat will snipe you from the reflection. That is not a game bug. That is you broadcasting the answer.
Watch the table once
The clip below is the actual experience, not a mobile Guess Who clone and not Hive Minds’ older Guess Who place. Watch how little typing happens. Watch the boards, the yes-or-no answers, and the fact that a guess does not instantly crush the other chair.
Ask, hear yes or no, flip their tiles
Turns alternate. You press a prepared question: man or girl, glasses, brown hair, hat, beard. The opponent answers with a button. Then you look at THEIR board and flip every face that cannot be the answer. If they said no to glasses, every glasses tile on their board goes down. If you flip your own board, you are playing solitaire in public.
This is the skill the best questions page trains. A question that splits 18 and 2 is a bad opener. A question that splits 11 and 9 is a good opener. You cannot type a custom question to rescue a bad split. The button list is the meta.
Auto Flip at 15 Robux knocks the legal tiles for you. It does not pick the question. Players who buy it and still ask “are they famous?” energy questions on a face grid will still lose. The pass is listed again on the gamepass tier list.
Guess, then wait
When one face remains on their board, guess it. If you guess while three faces remain, you are gambling. A wrong name is a gift. The other chair will take the free information and close.
A correct guess does not always unique-win. The opponent still gets a guess window. Then both answers appear together. You can both be right. That is the studio’s own wording on the Roblox page. Speed still matters. Accuracy matters more. The how to win guide is the long version of that sentence.

The buttons do not change. The pointer does. Read PC controls if you mouse. Read mobile controls if you thumb. The overview lives at controls. If the question strip hides under the jump button, that is a layout issue, not a different ruleset.
